Features and uses:
Lithium fluoride thermoluminescence detector is a passive solid integral detector. It is characterized by small volume (high spatial resolution), effective atomic number close to the air and human tissue, free from electromagnetic interference, wide measuring range, low measurable limit, good reproducibility, high dose rate pulse can be measured Radiation field and so on. They can be used for personal monitoring of ionizing radiation, environmental monitoring, and specific radiation field measurements (including differential measurements of n, gamma mixing fields). But also can be applied to radiology, radiobiology, reactor engineering, archeology and other disciplines.
TLD2000 series detectors are developed on the basis of the original GR200 series detectors and domestic similar detectors. The TLD2000C detectors adopt uniform single-sided measurement, so that the consistency of components is much better than GR200 series components.

Performance indicators:
(1) The linear range: 10^-7 – 12Gy (10μrad-1200rad).
(2) Relative sensitivity per mg: 30 – 40 times that of TLD-100.

The use of conditions and operating matters:
(1) Measuring the heating procedure:
It is recommended to use two-stage program temperature, the first stage constant temperature temperature of 135 ℃ 8 seconds, the second stage constant temperature 240 ℃ 20 seconds, heating rate: 15 ℃/s
(2) When measuring, place the “TL” side of the detector (circular) facing up.
(3) Repeat the use of the annealing conditions: 240 ± 2 ℃ (not more than 242 ℃), 10 minutes (constant temperature time).
(4) Glass tube components and powder components heating, annealing conditions:

Application of TLD2000C Thermoluminescence Detector:
