Instructions:
1. Set the interval time and operation time according to the actual oil consumption of the equipment. Long press the “SET” key to enter the setting state, then short press the “SET” key to select the number to be set, press ▲▼ to increase or decrease to the required time.
First enter the interval time (0 ~ 999 minutes), more than 10 minutes is recommended.
Then press the “SET” key to enter the running time (0 ~ 999 seconds), within 120 seconds is recommended.
Finally, long press the “SET” key to save the set time.
2. The alarm buzzer rings intermittently, and the display screen shows “ERO” for oil level alarm. Please fill the oil tank.
3. With inching button, press and hold the inching button to enter the working state.
4. Use 15#-68# lubricating oil only, recycling is strictly prohibited. If it is not used according to the regulations, the oil pump will be damaged

Working principle of manual lubrication pump:
When pressing down the handle by hand, the piston moves up under the action of the lever, which is an oil suction process; When the handle is released, the piston moves downward under the action of spring force, which is the process of oil discharge. This pump can form a centralized lubrication system with a throttling distributor. During operation, the handle can only be pressed once, and the next action can only be carried out after the oil supply is completed (the handle automatically restores). To avoid damaging the lubrication pump components.
Precautions:
1. To maintain the mechanical accuracy and lifespan of the lubricated parts, please use clean lubricating oil.
2. This lubrication pump is suitable for lubricating oil from 32 # to 68 #.
3. Regularly clean the oil stains and suction ports in the fuel tank every month, and clean the filter screen every six months of use.
4. Equipped with a one-way valve to prevent reverse flow of discharged oil.
