KA1 Resistance Wire
KA-1 is a ferritic iron-chromium-aluminium alloy (FeCrAl alloy) for use at high temperatures up to 1400°C (2550°F). The alloy is characterized by high resistivity and very good oxidation resistance.
The heat-resistance of Fe-Cr-Al alloy grows as the increase of the composition of Cr and Al. It enjoys superior anti-oxidization, anti-sulfur and anti-cementite. It also has series of advantages as small specific gravity, high surface load, high resistivity, high service temperature and long life-span etc. Therefore, It is widely used in industrial furnace, household appliances, hot cutting, ceramics, glass, aircraft and other industries producing heating elements and resistance elements.
