High Temperature Polyimide Tape for Electronics Repair

This Kapton tape is made of high-quality polyimide material, with strong adhesion, good insulation, and clean removal.

It is suitable for PCB repair, BGA soldering, chip removal, LCD TV repair, soldering protection, and electronics maintenance.

Under proper hot air gun use, it can withstand short-time heating around 380–400°C.
Recommended use: keep the hot air gun nozzle 1–2 cm away, move it back and forth, and avoid blowing on one fixed point for a long time.

For normal chip removal, heating one area for 10–20 seconds is usually suitable.
For longer heating, such as 30–60 seconds, please lower the temperature to 350–370°C or use intermittent heating.

Please note: if the tape is blown directly at 400°C on one fixed point for more than 2 minutes, the edge may slightly curl, the adhesion may weaken, or the surface may become slightly yellow. However, it will not melt and flow like ordinary tape.
