✅Operation Instructions for Connecting the Power Supply to Upper Computer Software

1, Connect the power cord of the device properly. Connect the power supply and your computer with any one of the communication cables (USB / RS232 / RS485), and ensure a stable connection.
2, Launch the upper computer software.
3, Refresh the COM port list and select the correct COM port number (connection failure will occur if the port number is selected incorrectly). You can check the COM port number via: This PC → Manage → Device Manager → Ports (COM and LPT), as shown in the figure on the right.
4, Set the baud rate to 9600, then select the RS485 address (the address must match the address set on the power supply; press and hold the VOLTAGE button on the power supply for about 5 seconds to view and modify the address).
5, Click the Connect button with your mouse. After a successful connection, the button will turn red, the power supply will switch to Remote Mode, and all physical buttons on the device will be locked and unavailable.
6, If the connection fails, double-check whether the COM port, RS485 address and baud rate are correctly set. If you are using an RS485 cable, verify that the A / B / GND wiring terminals are wired correctly.
7, If the software fails to identify the power supply model after clicking Connect, follow the pop-up prompt and click Yes, then select your corresponding device model from the model drop-down menu.
8, Once communication is established normally, you can remotely control all functions of the power supply through the software.
9, To switch back to Local Mode for physical button operation, click Disconnect or power the unit off and restart it.
(If the power output is active when you click Disconnect, the power supply will retain its output state after switching to Local Mode.)
(If the power output is active under Local Mode when you re-establish a software connection, the upper computer will automatically send an output shutdown command to cut off the power output.)
